CONFIDES GmbH is a German consulting company and transfer-centre for Project Management. Our performance is to advise people and organisations in projects and in the field of project management. Thus we also approach to bridge the gap between science and practical application in business.

Our position is to provide our customers with all necessary and useful services and tools to be successful in project management. Thus we co-operate with our customers as consultant, coach and time-based project assistant. The customers of CONFIDES represent companies, associations, administrative departments, non-profit-organisations and universities.

Since our formation we are active in projects and the discipline Project Management. The international aspects of project business are seen as an increasing component. Our focus of activities is in the areas of organisational development, E-Business and the commercial interface to engineering:

•	We use the relevant methods and tools of project management effective, efficient and goal-oriented.
•	We are familiar with the success-factors in projects.
•	We care about the interface between engineering and business administration.
•	We are international minded.
•	We are member of a proven network between partners and experienced colleagues. This enables us to cover a wide variety of complex tasks in and around our topic Project Management.
•	We know and apply tools and processes that allow us (and the customer!) to fulfil a sufficient piece of project work which provides enough space for the important.

Our colleagues and co-operating partners have mainly an academic education or are familiar with scientific methods and workflows.

We are a small company. To our opinion there is a real truth in "Small is beautiful". This gets confirmation by our every-day business. Instead of an extended administrative department (which disadvantages our customers with a higher overhead rate) we prefer to co-operate in a proven network of consultants and trainers as well as well-known service providers. This flexibility enables us to put the needs and wishes of our customers in focus.

Our international activities as well as our broad contacts in the european region recommend us for projects and trainings in english language. Depending on type and complexity of business we can provide the support from european colleagues and native speaker in different languages.

The relationship with our customers is understood as partnership. This puts high importance on openness and fairness in the co-operation. We value the common understanding of the joint task between customer and CONFIDES. To achieve this we appreciate a sufficient pre-project analysis (e.g. problem analysis, agreement on goals, definition of success parameters) together with our customer.

We do not aim to sell standardised products or from-the-shelf solutions. According to our academic background we are used to develop individual and problem-focussed approaches to problem-solving with alternatives.
